Residence without reception, independent access with 2 passwords.
Online check-in required, remote assistance from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (GMT+1)
Communicate arrivals outside these hours.
Any guest under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. The cot is available on request before arrival free of charge. All minors must have a valid identity document.
Check-out 11:00 AM (GMT+1)
One-off supplement of €20 if accompanied by 4-legged animals, up to 10 kg (dogs and cats).
Room cleaning every 2 days on request and at the end of the stay; in case of reservations of 30+ days, special agreements apply.

The following conditions are valid only for direct bookings (made through our website or by phone). Different conditions may apply for bookings made from third-party websites; for these, we invite you to read the conditions on the respective booking channel.
For Non-Refundable rates, there is no possibility of refund or date change.
For Standard rates, for cancellations up to 5 days before arrival, no percentage is retained.
e.g. Free cancellation until Tuesday by 2:00 PM (GMT+1) for arrivals on Sunday.
For cancellations from 2:00 PM (GMT+1) of the 5th day before arrival, 100% of the booking is retained.
For no-shows, the booking is non-refundable.

To confirm a telephone reservation, it is mandatory to pay the total amount by card or bank transfer (the latter is valid only if the transfer is made at least 5 days before arrival).

Otherwise, if the communications or payment do not arrive within 5 days before arrival or the date agreed with the staff for last-minute reservations, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
For Standard Rates The change of date:
- Free up to 5 days before arrival, applicable only once.
- Within 5 days of arrival, the reservation is non-changeable/non-refundable.
Altabella Residence does NOT assume any responsibility for any stolen, damaged or lost personal items.
Water offered by Altabella Residence comes from a municipal drinking source.
Breakfast is included, in the form of a coupon to be used in two bars-pastries in the immediate vicinity of our structure.
