Online check-in strongly recommended, assisted entry from 02:00 PM to 09:00 PM (GMT+1).
Please communicate arrivals outside these hours.
Any guest under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. All minors must be in possession of a valid ID document.
Cot is available upon request prior to arrival, free of charge, for children under the age of 1.

One-off supplement of 20€ if accompanied by 4-legged animals, up to 10kg (dogs and cats).
Room cleaning every 2 days, on request, and at the end of the stay; in case of bookings of 30+ days, special arrangements apply.
Breakfast included in all rates, in the form of coupons to be used in the two partner café-bakeries in the immediate vicinity of our Residence.

The following conditions are only valid for direct bookings (made via our website, WhatsApp or by phone). Different conditions may apply for bookings made via third-party websites; for these, please read the conditions on the respective booking channel.
For Non-Refundable rates, there is no possibility of either a refund or a date change.
To confirm the reservation, the full payment of the booking amount is required via card (debit, credit, or prepaid) through the link provided by the staff, within 24 hours.
For Standard rates, cancellation and date changes are as follows:
Free up to 5 days before arrival, applicable only once.
Within 5 days of arrival, the reservation is non-modifiable/non-refundable.
(Example: free cancellation until Tuesday at 2:00 PM (GMT+1) for Sunday arrivals)
For cancellations after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) on the 5th day before arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be retained.
For no-shows, the reservation is non-refundable.
To confirm a direct Standard booking, the full payment of the booking amount is required via card (debit, credit, or prepaid) through the link provided by the staff no later than 5 days before arrival (for last-minute bookings, the terms must be agreed upon with the staff).
Otherwise, if payment is not made within the specified terms, the staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The water offered by Altabella Residence comes from a municipal drinking water source.
